Born and raised in Wilkes County, I came back home after graduating with a BA in Studio Art from Wake Forest University.  I have always enjoyed incorporating art into my daily life. I opened Beads and Beyond on Wilkesboro Main Street in 2019, but closed my shop in 2022.  I enjoyed retail, but discovered it was not my true passion.  I work a full time job with animals, but still maintain an active creative side by teaching and making.  I love spreading my love of all things artistic and hope to help people express themselves!
